Heads up (or is it down?) fans of stoner metal––ok you like your stoner metal.  Well I am telling you, and in case Andee at Aquarius Records SF hasn’t sniffed it out yet (hint hint Andee), Wizard Smoke, from Atlanta, is the best new band of this genre. Period. Sabbath/ Sleep/ Earth fans rejoice (though know this is all original, slow, persistant, punishing, darkness). They just played an amazing (my head’s still ringing) set Saturday the 21st at the Drunken Unicorn in Atlanta, with Red Fang and Subrig Destroyer.
