20 Year Old Super Talented Striker Messes Up Big time – Perhaps Costs England a Cup

Gave it Away

Sporting an Irish name, yet beloved by
Manchester supporters who fancy his
fierce persistence in the box, shorn hair and
take-no-shit quick squat thighs – rare amongst the
new tall strikers like Peter Crouch – Beckham’s
gangly target for services/pitches
from set. Drawn like a crisp praying mantis –
fragile, surreal – when Crouch charges all cheer
’cause it seems impossible to function
at 6′ 7″. And if Rooney’s harried
by defenders, what might the twenty-year-
old punk do? Stomp hard cleats on Portuguese
nads
and leave Queen and country to dogs’ whims.
Might get bought a beer…but minus the cup.
